It offers a living room with flat screen TV with over 140 channels, Wi-Fi, coffee machine (capsules included), AC both in the bedroom and the living room, and all that is required for an exceptionally comfortable stay. You also have a separate dining room at your disposal. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern, practical and comfortable decor.
As if this was not enough, you have a private garden of around 120 sq mts to relax, enjoy the silence and peacefulness, read a book, or savour an outdoor meal, weather allowing.

Parking with surveillance is available at 50 mts from the flat for €5/day.

As in all UPPERGROUND apartments, daily rate includes Rituals amenities and, regardless of the initial cleaning prior to the entry of our guests, we offer a complete weekly cleaning with a change of towels and bed linen for stays of 1 week or more.
