Fábrica 55 has 8 apartments, 2 T1 duplexes on the last floor with breathtaking views and 6 T0. All apartments offer bed linen, Turkish towels, bathrobes for a relaxing experience, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens. All apartments have coffee machines, tea kettles, free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs.

The building communal areas have a refined and comfortable decor. Almost all of this hundred-year-old building walls were preserved. Having guests’ comfort in mind, a transparent lift was installed making guest and luggage transportation easier inside the building.
